  • 1. INSTANT Quotes


    You can create your own quote online right now without having to wait for someone to get back to and possibly increase thier prices so that they have room to move should you decide to haggle or compare quotes!

    All you do is;

    1)   Order the garment(s) that you want from our website by simply adding the quantity required.

    2)   Directly underneath you can add embroidery or printing or even both!
    3)   Once all garments are added to the cart, simply go to the CHECKOUT.

    4)   Go to the "Check Out" in the shopping cart and at the bottom of the page enter your details and then simply click "QUOTE" rather than applying a payment in the shopping cart!     OR     if you are happy with the prices, simply make payment for the order to proceed.
    It can not get any easier and it is without any obligation.
  • 2. Delivery Times

    We understand that when you place an order, you want it as quickly as possible - and we work hard to make that happen.

    We work closely with our suppliers in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse should you not require branding. We don't have a central distribution centre - but that's what helps keep our overheads down, and more importantly, keeps prices we offer to our customers competitive.

    Each Brand/Embroidery/Printing has a minimum delivery and handling fee of $14.95+GST. If you order from more than one brand/embroidery/printing, each will have a separate delivery fee - these are determined by the size of the order and the delivery location.

    Unfortunately, we can not provide exact delivery times as that is the responsibility of the out-sourced freight company and the location to where it is being delivered. We strongly recommend that you have the order shipped to a work address as someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

    If you need Embroidery or Printing the timelines are as follows. These are only a guide

    1. NEW Job requiring New Artwork Set Up.      Dispatched in around 3-4 weeks.
    2. REPEAT Job not requiring set ups.      Dispatched in around 10-14 working days.
    3. DOUBLE Job requiring Embroidery & Printing.      Dispatched in around 4-5 weeks.


    Please note that we DO NOT Deliver to PO Boxes and all orders must be signed for.

    URGENT ORDERS. Please note that we never guarantee urgent deliveries by a set date as we do not own nor are we associated with the freight companies that we our our suppliers use. We dispatch everything in a timely manner.

    Should your require garments for sizing, we strongly suggest that you use the sizing chart or buy sizing garments with the intention of keeping them.

  • 4. Returns & Exchange Policy


    If we do not have the required garment in the required colour and size, and you really want to see and touch the exact garment to suit your needs, you will need to order Brand New Garments from our website. If you prefer to order Brand New Garments instead of from our Service Sample, then you will be subject to the following terms and conditions;

    Should you require garments for sizing, we strongly suggest that you use the sizing chart as provided on the product page or you can buy the garment(s) and keep them for sizing your staff.


    For SPECIFIC SAMPLES for sizes and colour of garment, please read below.

    Please note that even though the law states that we do not have to accept bought garments back, we do allow you to return items! Please read the following conditions for ordering of samples.

    • Brand New Garments which are ordered Specific for sizes must be ordered online as per a normal product from our site.
    • To return samples, they must be repacked and with labels still attached which is how we have sent them to you.
    • All samples must be returned within 5 days of receiving them.
    • We do charge a $25 or 10% (which ever is greater) per brand - label restocking fee. This is to cover the expenses involved with providing this service, for us to freight the samples back to the manufacturer, to cover the manufacturers restocking fees and administration. We do not make profit from this service but we do need to cover costs associated with it.
    • Samples returned must have a copy of the invoice included in the parcel.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not match our Returns Policy.


    Reasons NOT accepted for Returns and Exchanges.

    •  If the garment has been embroidered or printed we will not be able to accept it back for a return, refund or exchange.
    • If the garment was sent direct to a third party, for example a embroidery or print business, we will not be able to accept it back for a return, refund or exchange.
    • If you have had the garment longer than 5 days.


     Terms and Conditions.

    •  Garments must be repacked and with all labels still on for us to accept the garments back for exchange.
    • Garments must be returned back to us within 5 days of you having received them.
    • A $25 per Brand or 10% of total order Return Fee will be charged to cover the cost involved with providing this service.
    • No Returns on City Collection, John Kevin or Gloweave Garments


  • 5. Advance Search Function

    • If you have had a particular garment or colour that you are interested in, we provide you with 5 methods of finding it on our website! Basically... if it is avaible in our industry, we will either have it or get it!
    • UNIFORMS TAB... try searching by using the UNIFORM Drop Down Links on the top of the page. We have categorised all garments into one or more of the links on the left.
    • CATEGORY TABS... to assist you even further, try searching for the product by using the CATEGORY Drop Down Links as listed above. These links are the most popular searches for uniforms and cover most of the main industries.
    • COLOUR SEARCH... to make life really easy, on the home page to the far right, you can search by COLOUR. simply select the category that you wish to search in, then select the colour that you wish to search by. Then simply press SEARCH. Our highly advanced website will then show you all the options available to you according to your search
    • ADVANCE SEARCH... if you know the code (SKU) of the product or the product name, simply enter it in the top left on a  Products Page in the Search Window. This will find the appropriate product immediately.
    • ADVANCE SEARCH... to make life even easier for you, we have designed this countries easiest "Advanced SEARCH". Simply click link at the top of the page that you wish to view, then on the far left, you can narrow the product category by colour, price, fabric, pockets, sex or brand! It really can not get any easier to find the perfect uniform.
    • LIVE CHAT... still need help? Then click the "ChatNow" Pop-Up which is in the bottom right of the website. You can communicate directly with one of our professionally trained customer managers. We have developed this software into our website as we have found it a far more useful tool in showing products and directing to you the perfect uniform! Give it a shot!

    The resolution should be a minimum of 300dpi at the actual size of the finished embroidered logo.

    Additional Fees:


    • Should you logo go over 5 colours, we will manually add $1.00 per colour.
    • Should your logo go over the stitch count shown above, we will manually add $1.00 per every thousand stitches.
    • We do not know the actual stitch count until we set up the embroidery.
    • Prices shown are for one position embroidery.



  • 7. Printing Prices


    Should you order over 20 units, we will use the Screen Print Method.

    • Screen Printing is the method of using inks and screens to add your logo to the garment.
    • Screen Printing Set Up Fees are $70.00 (exc gst) per colour, per design.

    Should you order under 20 units, we will use the Digital Print Method.

    • Digital Printing is a transfer that is heat pressed on to the garment.
    • Digital Printing Set Up Fees are $20.00 (exc gst) per design.

    Additional Notes:

    • We keep screens for 6 months. if they are not re-used in that period, we clean the screens for re-using. This means that you will have new set up fees
    • A Base Screen for Screen Printing will be added should you order dark garments. This will incur a extra print fee and set up fee which we will add manually.


  • 8. Minimum Quantities


      • If you only want to order garments, then there is no minimum order on most items.
      • Only a small percentage of garments are marked as have a minimum order.



      • We are the only uniform business that we know of that has NO MINIMUM on embroidered garments.


      • If you want to order headwear with or without embroidery, our minimum order is 20 caps/hats/beanies.

      • If your require your order of uniforms to be printed, our minimum order quantity for all new and repeat jobs is 10 garments per design and per colour way.
      • We do not print less than 10 garments with the same print design and colour way.
      • For SCREEN PRINTING, the minimum order is 20 garments.


      • We are one the few uniform businesses that allow you to order as many or as little as you want! The problem with uniform companies that have a "Minimum Policy" is that you order your bulk range which is fine. But then you want to order one or two new garments for a new staff member and they make you buy 50 units!!! That will never happen here with our apparel range.
  • 9. Fax, Phone Or Email Orders

    As we are an online business, we are doing everything to keep costs down so that we can pass on the savings to you! One of the most expensive components of a uniform business is when staff need to manually enter orders.

    We have developed one of the most advanced online uniform business going around. By ordering online you are able to ensure that the correct garments and branding are ordered.

    Should you still prefer to email your order, please understand that you will not be getting the cheap on-line prices. No orders will be accepted by phone. All orders must be either via the website or via email. Please note that emailed Orders (Manual) are 20% more than the advertised price online due to the extra work involved.
  • 10. Freight Cost



    • To save money, each label comes from a different distribution warehouse. This means that we are able to charge a flat rate per label for most orders depending on quantity and weight of order.
    • Our minimum freight & handling charge for the first label is only $14.95 (exc tax). This means that if you wishes to buy products from additional labels, then you will only be charged an additional $9.95 per label thereafter (exc tax).
    • For exceptionally large orders or when delivering to remote locations and when the shipping costs exceeds our normal delivery and handling fee, we will notify you of the additional freight charge before proceeding with the order.
    • We have also used the same principle above for when you have selected to include branding on your order.

  • 11. Size Charts

    • To assist you in making the right choices, we have added a size chart and instructional image to almost every product on the actual Product Description Page which is where you order the garment.
    • Plus... to make it even easier to understand the sizing chart, we have added above the actual size chart a full descriptive image which can be open and viewed so as to learn how best to read the size chart.
    • If you are not confident in using the size charts, then you can order and pay for garments on our website. You can either order from our Samples Range or your can order New Garments should we not have the exact sample that you require. Please note that this will be subject to our Returns Policy
    • We are hoping shortly to add a online video which will explain the best way to size yourself or staff.
  • 12. Accounts

    • Our sole mission is to provide all customers with the highest grade products at the lowest prices.
    • In order to do this we need to insist that all orders are pre-paid prior to the order being accepted.
    • For customers who have spent over $50,000 with us in a calendar year, we will be prepared to open a 30 day account subject to acceptance of our Letter of Credit Application Terms and Conditions.

  • 13. On Road Sales Reps.

    • No. We use to have on road reps and interstate stores but we soon discovered that we had to raise our prices quite considerably to cover the costs involved with staff, cars, fuel, insurance, wages, commissions, rent... and lots more.
    • Our model is simple, it is all online at the cheapest possible prices! You are more than welcome to come to us and visit us in our showroom
  • 14. Sport Numbers

    • Yes! We not only supply Sports Numbers but we also apply them for you!
    • We offer two different sizes in two different colours.
    • We have small numbers for the front of garments or sleeves and larger numbers for back of garments. We provide the numbers in either black or white colour.
    • To order digital numbers simply add all required garments to the Check-Out and then in the Check-Out window, tick "ADD BRANDING" and then select "SPORTS NUMBERS. Answer the easy questions, then check-out. Easy
  • 15. Head Office

    PLEASE NOTE, we are an Online store. We do not have a showroom or retail outlet. By keeping our services online, we are able to keep our overheads low and in return and prices low.
